We went to a wedding in Abilene last weekend, and stopped off on the way home to enjoy "life at a different pace" for a couple of minutes. Papa Gene and Aunt Joyce were born in Coleman!

Eight months

At eight months we are still trying to get used to all of the milestones he hit around seven months! John is all over the place, crawling, standing, and trying to get his hands on anything he should't have.  All four of his front teeth are well on their way in and he is doing well with a few small finger foods. He LOVES Cheerios! He has also been doing a lot of jabbering and "singing" lately. He's pretty great...

Touch-a-Truck

We went to the cutest little fundraiser called Touch-a-Truck. They had all sorts of cars and trucks out for kids to climb in and play with -- brilliant.
